One may ask, why I speak of the Leader, and not the ruler? There is an enormous difference between the two. The term ruler implies primarily the present — and the governing of something that already exists, while the Leader — quite literally — reveals the future. She is not in receipt of something already formed, she guides, and her every action propels the people forward. While the ruler knows everything about that which is formed and finished, the Leader has nothing pre-established and must lead the people towards the Mount of Perfection.
