He also referred to several private companies funded by the U.S. that were used to train U.S. and foreign personnel to carry out for-hire assassinations (something like the Jewish group known as Murder Incorporated). One company, known by the acronym ANV was based in Jupiter, Florida, and was referred to as the Fish Farm.
