When you’re that age, ideas show up like they had been around for a thousand years, bad logic strung from teenager to teenager since the beginning of time. We didn’t mean to hurt anyone, or anything.

No one is truly free. Yeah, we are free to explore, free to curse, free to make our own decisions. But, the thing about freedom is that all of us, in one way or another, are trapped somewhere. We all have relationships we can’t leave, jobs we’re stuck in, houses we’re forced to pay off. We all have memories on loop. We all have a door with fingernail scratches inside of it, whether real or imagined.
