There is a paradox here. At all levels – personal, corporate and governmental – the concepts of sustainability and stewardship of the earth’s limited resources are increasingly accepted intellectually by organizations’ customers and users. Yet little action is taken. So how do we move intellectual acceptance into profitable and sustainable action?
