Surrounded by the smartest people I’d ever met, I wished that I’d had more time to revel in the magic of learning. I wish we all had. I wondered if everyone was asking themselves what the fuck they were doing. I wondered if anyone else had regrets. Were we depleted of the things that we once loved and truly headed toward a path of corporate doom? Were we saving the world or perpetuating the systems that already existed?
