Woke Up Like This

I’m usually in my natural habitat, scrolling through the Netflix home screen, unable to decide between To All the Boys I, II, or III for the five hundredth time, only to end up on TikTok for hours.

“Love when white boys get flustered when things aren’t all about them,”

college freshman. He’s super mature. His favorite book is A Handmaid’s Tale.” A momentary flutter tickles my stomach. A dude who’s into feminist literature? Praise be.

I’ll admit, there’s a lot in this world that brings me displeasure. But running is somewhere at the top of that list.
