On any given day, the average person thinks between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts. The problem is that the majority of our thoughts are the same, or very similar, from one day to the next. This causes us to develop thought patterns. We habitually think the same thoughts and generate the same feelings and moods, day after day. Self-doubt becomes a thought pattern.
