Wherever you are in your life right now is both temporary and exactly where you are supposed to be. You have arrived at this moment to learn what you must so you can become the person you need to be to create the life you truly want.
“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.” —Buddha
You are just as worthy, deserving, and capable of creating anything you want for your life as any other person on earth.
“One of the saddest things in life is to get to the end and look back in regret, knowing that you could have been, done, and had so much more.” —Robin Sharma
First, we must understand and acknowledge the sobering reality that 95 percent of society may never create and live the life they really want.
The real impact and consequence of each of our choices and actions—and even our thoughts—is monumental because every single thought, choice, and action is determining who we are becoming, which will ultimately determine the quality of our lives.
Realize that every choice you make impacts who you’re becoming, which is determining the life you’re capable of creating.
We tend to live with a “someday” mindset and mistakenly assume that life will either work itself out (if you’re an optimist) or that there’s no point in even trying (if you’re a pessimist). Either way, this someday mindset is perpetual, and it leads to a life of procrastination, unfulfilled potential, and regret. Someday is never today, and so our time to make meaningful changes never comes.
For added benefits, including replenishing as many as 84 essential minerals and electrolytes, increasing your energy, detoxifying your liver, and even helping you lose weight (since research shows that staying hydrated helps the body increase its metabolism), simply add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt and fresh lemon juice into your water. This concoction also provides vitamin C, boosts immunity, and helps you feel rejuvenated inside and out.
I am committed to _____________ no matter what—there is no other option!
I am committed to ____________ for/because:
To ensure that I follow through with my commitment, I will implement the following actions at these specified times/frequencies:
“Successful people aren’t born that way. They become successful by establishing the habit of doing things unsuccessful people don’t like to do. The successful people don’t always like doing these things themselves; they just get on and do them.” —Don Marquis
