I cock my head, and for a split second I visualize myself beating the shit out of the poor soul who happens to think he can touch my Lolita.
My fucking Lolita.
“You come for me, my pretty baby.”
But I do like spoiling her. She kept a smile on my face all day.
“Baby, my pretty baby.”
I turn to look at Raven, a wave of possessiveness coming over me as she tries not to yawn.
That possessive, almost caveman-like feeling sweeps over me again.
“Raven, come on baby. Kiss me.”
I’ve left my career and house, and dumped my fiancée all because when I close my eyes, she’s all I see.
No one has ever put her first: not her father and certainly not Rachel. But I’m going to.
I want to give her everything. And not just my money. I want her to know that I’m hers. That I’d easily die for her, since living without her is not an option. Is that love? She’s become my world… My life.
“That I love you, and I came here to fight for you. Because I can’t live another day without you.” I look down at her. She’s perfection, and suddenly I know that it doesn’t matter if she says no today. I’ll never stop. I’ll wear her down until she has no choice but to forgive me.
“That was true until this fucking Lolita came into my life and changed everything. I’ve given up my job because I can’t think straight. I got rid of my fiancée. Left my country to come here. Why?” I growl. “Because I. Can’t. Live. Without. You.”
