Breathe dynamically. Let’s first start by getting you to simply notice your breath. Don’t try to manipulate it. Is it shallow? Deep? Rapid? Slow? Now I want you take a deep inhale and notice yourself come up against the limits of your lungs. Observe how you are held inside.
