Savory baked ricotta 32 ounces soft ricotta 1/4 cup very good olive oil 2 egg yolks 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, marjoram, parsley, mint, oregano leaves salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
