I think about it for a minute. Silas would say I’m too forgiving, but Dad’s made some great strides tonight. Although, I don’t know if I could live in this house if he doesn’t agree to help Silas, but I don’t want to shut down the possibility either. He’s been more open and honest than he’s ever been before, and if he does the right thing, I want to get to know this side of him better. “Let me think it over for a bit,” I joke, mimicking his words.
