that’s the thing about nostalgia, it takes you back to a time in your life that you walked away from, but it reminds you of all the reasons you wanted to stay.

i can’t help but wonder if this version of myself is one that will make them want to stay or leave.

don’t bend yourself to fit into their world when they didn’t show up to be part of yours.
