Constant positivity is a form of avoidance, not a valid solution to life’s problems—problems
I always thought I needed to stay positive especially to not let myself go into my depression that I worked so hard to get out of. But all of these complex emotions help us in day to day and they are a part of us. By letting myself have bad days and accepting that I don’t have/need to be positive all the time, I’m actually allowing myself to have these complexities.
Fault is past tense. Responsibility is present tense.
