Sheesh, I think this is the most eventful week we've had in over fifty years, I thought as I walked the path to Adra's family home.
"It's going to be okay, trust Tempest to talk you through this." 'Just relax, Adra. I will get us through this,' Tempest said in my head, her voice calm and soothing.
"How about Lillian? And she can be our little Lilly pad," Damien suggested, staring at her small body in wonder. "I think it’s perfect," I agreed, thinking back to all the troubles and triumphs we had faced. "I can't wait to tell you the adventures we had, little one. Our little Lilly pad."
