There are three questions that only you, each individual, can answer to define “an assignment.” One: Is it meaningful – to you? Something that matters to your heart and soul? Two: Are you with good people? Do you trust each other? Do you share laughter, outrage, joy, fun, and sorrow? Three: Is it motivated by love? Love sustains and energizes what you are doing when it becomes a commitment.
