21And on an appointed day Herod, clad in royal raiment and seated on the tribunal, delivered a public address to them; 22and the local inhabitants cried out, “A god’s voice, and not a man’s!” 23And at once, since he had not given God the glory, an angel of the Lord struck him a blow; and, being devoured by worms, he expired.
