Recording Acceptance Tests for Debugging A common problem with automated UI tests is understanding why exactly a test failed. Since these tests are necessarily of very high level, there are many potential points of failure. Sometimes these may not be related to the project at all. At other times there may be a failure early in a test suite, in a different window or dialog, that leads to the problem later on.
