This is a supporting statement from the Dalai Lama saying that having one religion for everyone around the globe is not advantageous. Each Person is different and have different moral compasses so he's saying that there is the right religion for every person.
If you are not happy with your religion or if does not make you compassionate, then it's time consider changing beliefs.
