If you want to try the diet, let me give you a little advice: Be proactive. Day minus one: Organize all the baggies. Take every pill, every fiber cap, every whatever and put them into plastic supplement baggies. One grocery bag will hang in your bedroom for morning supplements; one is divided into a work supplements and weekend supplements; and a third is nighty-night supplements.
