“Aurora,” he says softly. His hand finds my chin, nudging my face up to look at his. The moonlight peeking through his half-cracked blinds illuminates him, making him borderline ethereal. “If a timer goes off, I’m smashing your phone.”

“Oh, my sweet summer child.” He laughs. “You’re a straight white man. That’s your red flag.”
but surely no one will die if we have one tiny little kiss. If he wants to fuck me against a tree, I could also be convinced to get on board.
I’ve tried distracting myself with a book, but the weather is so bad not even sexy billionaires with a theme park are enough to distract me.
