The simple answer to that is the nice guy is easy. She can completely have her way with him. He’s not strong. He’s not centered. He acts more like a woman than a man. Emotionally, that does not make her feel safe or that he could actually protect her. It says to her that he is untrustworthy, and that basically he will do or say anything just to make her happy.
