Invite them on a date; don’t tell them, sell or ask them if they’d like to go out with you. Assume all women want you and act accordingly; even though all women aren’t going to want you, it’s a much stronger position to assume they want you rather than to sheepishly hope that they want you. It’s a subtle difference that makes a big difference in how you ask.
