(8) And they brought down the sun, the moon, planets and constellations, and placed them in front of the idols on the right side and on the left side of the idols, to attend to them just like they attend the Holy One, blessed be He, for it is written (I Kings 22:19): “And all the hosts of heaven were standing by him on his right hand and on his left.” (9) What power was in them to enable to bring them down?
