One who does not see the Supreme thinks himself to be the doer.

Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.

The particular words used here, mā śucaḥ, “Don’t fear, don’t hesitate, don’t worry,” are very significant.
