"Of all the books that I had read before reading Hunger Games were mostly presenting the world I already knew or have heard about. This was the first fiction that hold on my interest into going on till I finish the whole book. The language is so stronge that it induces a vivid imagination. The level of carefulness that the Author has used to describe each and every minute detail about surrounding, people, their characters, the technicality of it all is simply great. Compared to the series that Suzanne has wrote, I feel the movie series is simply a failure as world that Suzanne helped creating in my mind while reading the book can never be compared to anything that can be seen or presented by actors of the film. So far, I would rate it as the best fiction book I have read."

"This is the book that sparked the interest in me to explore the book world offered by international authors. Paulo Coelho has done a marvelous work in going to the depth of conscious to expose naked truth of desires, ambitions & mysteries that might exists to be solved. This is the first book that I could really connect to in a way that I figured many of the thoughts of the character were mine too. As Alan bennett quoted in a movie "The best moments in reading are when you come across something – a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things – which you had thought special and particular to you. Now here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out and taken yours.” I had one of those perfect moments where my thoughts got inclined with Paulo's that gave the best feeling of not being alone."
