"That letter at the end. I am so weak for it. I am mush. It gets me every time. I love love stories where there's history: whether past love where things didn't go right, where friendship becomes love, etc. Not to mention, Anne is fabulous: she learns to trust herself and make her own choices, and I love her intelligence. (To be honest, I am weak for the whole portion with the letter because the debate about whether men or women love longest is another favorite if only for Anne's point about men having had all the advantage in telling their own story)."
