In this book AC gives us a foundation of a story that includes a disappearance of a child, reacquainted friends, and a dangerous MC. Max Taylor comes back to his home town after being gone over 12 yrs. Em was just a teenager when Max left their town. Em sister Dee Dee had Max's attention back then. What has brought them together is the need to find and save Em's young niece Casey. But in order to save Casey Max needs to involve himself with the very dirty Satan's Creed MC. Max calls in favors from former friends. Friends like the Easton brothers. These boys could have a book on their own with how interesting AC Bextor has written them. She leaves us in this book primed and ready to go save Casey and see where Max and Em's relationship takes us...I mean them. But that has to wait till Book 2 arrives. AC Bextor has become one of my fave authors with her gift of putting words on paper that grab your attention immediately.
