Yeah, it most likely will not be out this year. I keep reading his 'Not a Blog' blog to find out when. He has posted some chapters, one at a time, on his website. I have read chapters involving Jon Snow, Tyrion and Theon Greyjoy.
I'm looking forward to A Dance with Dragons as well. Oh I've been Away from Westeros for to long.
