"Like all his others I enjoyed this White read! It is filled with characters and looks at the seamy side of South Florida when the pot running was in everyone's backyard. I know some women like Hannah, the heroine, expert guides, it's not all man's world down there. Tomlinson, the stoner hippie, Rance the Lance, DA and illegitimate son of good old boy millionaire, and Birdy, female cop and on the side archeologist, are just a few of the "characters" in this quick read. And of course we can't forget the villains, got-miner snowbirds, and their hired drug ridden swamp boys. Randy Wayne White's books are always a fun read, perfect for one of those last remaining days on the beach or just snuggle in this fall because he brings the warm turquoise waters and shining tarpon right to you!"
