Rebecca Huston Feel free to add books and make snarky comments! The more the merrier.

Brenna What is the potatoe incident exactly?

message 3: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca Huston It's when a very obvious anachronism appears in a book. Most common is having someone eating potatoes in say, ancient Rome, or the middle ages. It wasn't until after 1600 that people actually started to eat them, and some parts of Europe took even longer.
