Clifton Falls

"A novel of graphic violence with plenty of black comedy, definitely worth 5 out of 5 stars. At times I could not read the story for laughing. The local Chief Inspector with ever dwindling human resources tries to save his small rural town Clifton Falls, from a zombie epidemic. The zombies are not your usual run of the mill "zombie"; they exhibit some intelligence and use it to their advantage. Taylor is a relative newcomer to the horror genre deserves to be to read by a huge audience. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading horror novels - especially Zombie novels - or to anyone who is a fan of the movie 'Shaun of the Dead' (2004)."

Bedbugs: Can you see them?

"Thoroughly enjoyed 'Bedbugs: (Can you see them?)' by L. A. Taylor (8 Nov 2012). A horror/sci-fi novel with a great blend of blood, gore and guts, with a good dosage of humour. But don't let that fool you, this is not for the faint of heart. The story opens with a brutal beginning setting the premise for a entertaing horror read. The author has created an awesome read and deserves all the praise. Furthermore; the cover art is fantastic, and at £1.02 Kindle Purchase, a great bargin for 298 pages of gut wrenching horror and dark comedy. As an avid horror fan, be it books or film, I highly recommend this novel to like minds."
