The Blood of Flowers and Rooftops of Tehran are both set in Iran, not any of the "-stan" countries. Presumably, Cracking India is set in India.

Cracking India seems to be about the partition of India, which certainly involves Pakistan, so I'll leave it, but I'll delete The Blood of Flowers and Rooftops of Tehran.

A list of books set in countries ending with just "an" would be longer, needing to include Bhutan, Azerbaijan, Japan, Sudan and South Sudan. To say nothing of countries that just have "an" somewhere in their names! Andorra, Germany, Dominican Republic, anything with "land" in it...
