It's not the rules but also the title. Many of those have read one or both, and they intentionally violate them.

The Pixie's Queen (Monsterly Yours #4) -- Currently a 589 -- isn't the first. Neither is Misconstrued (Mistaken, #2).

I forget if I made a similar comment before.

"Come on, it's not that hard." What is hard is getting those who violate the standards to stop violating them. One can beg, implore, demand all day long, and they'll disregard you. Without enforcement or some kind of penalty, they'll continue adding titles that blatantly violate the standard.
