This list is amazing. Mostly 9th grade English class assigned reading, with a few popular YA romances, airport thrillers, and children's books mixed in. I feel 14 again just from looking at it. It's exactly what I imagine I'd get asking for book recommendations exclusively from people who've read less than ten novels in their lives.

Anyone's opinion of the "best" book is subject to change depending on one's circumstances. The best books have as many * as *****. What makes them great is how they make you think, feel and then discuss them. The best books become part of us.

Hunger games is accepted it's in my tbr lmao. (Divergent's last book ruined the series I prefer watching the film. Harry potter,Twilight are so overrated I don't prefer it.)

Welp. I haven’t read most of these books in over 20 years, and where I am today, with how I think about things, I don’t feel like I can cast an honest vote without re-reading. And let’s be real… my TBR is already overflowing, so that’s not happening anytime soon.

Twilight is #6. This entire list is therefore nonsense and shouldn't be referenced as anything other than how to not make lists. There's no algorithm at work here... so there's really no reason to post such rage bait. Yowza.

I appreciate Hunger Games being first but... there are much better books. No offence to Suzanne.
