I never set out to write stories that simply entertain. I wanted to write the kind of books that stay with people long after they've turned the final page.

I'm drawn to characters who are learning how to live after life has broken them—people carrying grief, trauma, silence, and questions about who they are. My novels explore healing, identity, found family, mental health, and the courage it takes to reclaim your voice. While many of my stories include LGBTQ+ characters and experiences, they're ultimately about something universal: the desire to be loved, accepted, and understood for exactly who we are.
