I often find myself wondering what possessed me to choose that pers…moreI'd say that my first marriage was a mystery. Why did I do it, why didn't I leave? I often find myself wondering what possessed me to choose that person (other than a moment of weakness), and why I took so long to leave such a toxic relationship. I suppose that entire decade of my life could have easily been a plot for a book...but I would rather not relive that nightmare anymore. I got the girl of my dreams, and we have a wonderful life together, so I think the better story would be how I escaped that life for this one.(less)
