Jaymie was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and moved to Alberta in 2021, where she stayed for 4 years. She has been writing since she was a little girl, starting with children’s stories for her younger siblings, then moving on to short stories, novels, and poetry as she grew older. Her writing focuses on feminism, mental health, and little bit of fantasy. Outside of the writing world she works in the early childhood and youth fields with an Early Childhood Education Diploma, Honours BSc in Early Childhood Studies, and is currently working on her continuing education.
