DT: I am a father, husband, and story teller.

DT: My greatest fear? Disappointing my father.

DT: I love the mountains. I'm happiest gasping for air above 10,000 feet.

DT: I can't dance. I can't even sort of dance. I wish I could dance, and not care who's watching.

SS: What is your greatest achievement?

DT: No brainer. Two wonderful daughters.

SS: What’s your greatest flaw?

DT: I worry too much about what other people think.

SS: Who is your favorite fictional hero?

DT: Elmer Fudd. He's not a bad guy, just misunderstood.

SS: What is your biggest pet peeve?

DT: I have a problem with lettuce, particularly the shredded variety. Is it really necessary?

SS: What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?

DT: Is skiing considered an occupation?

SS: What’s your fantasy profession?

DT: What I really want, is to direct.

SS: What 3 personal qualities are most important to you?

DT: Honesty, intelligence, a sense of humor.

SS: If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?

DT: Rolled tacos with guacamole.

SS: Is there a book you love to reread?

DT: The Bible. I learn something new every time.

DT: Quit talking about writing and start writing.

DT: Television Anchor and Reporter, Army Helicopter Pilot, Announcer at Sea World.

SS: What was/is your favorite job?

DT: Telling stories in all forms.

DT: Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California. San Diego State University.

SS: Name of your favorite composer or music artist?

DT: Garth Brooks and Slightly Stoopid (they have nothing in common)

SS: What is your favorite movie?

DT: Notting Hill. I'm a sucker for romantic comedies.

SS: What is your favorite television show?

DT: My current favorite is Big Bang Theory. It was Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles until Fox cancelled it.
