Marc Swift, known as The Beekeeper Writer, is a British author and beekeeper living in the mountains of central Portugal. After many years as a project manager and entrepreneur, he chose a simpler life centred on storytelling, nature and truth.

He is the creator of Leila’s Light, a series of imaginative, eco conscious adventures that encourage children to think independently, laugh often and stay connected to the natural world. Each story blends humour, curiosity and reflection, showing that imagination can be both entertaining and enlightening.
