So this one really left me conflicted - I was so hoping to be caught up again in her tale again, and I was kind of disappointed by it. I just felt it went from gripping first book, to this kind of shortened version of how the main character and her family survive.
Even the dramatic points felt kind of flat to me. I will read the last one in the series just to see how it turns out, but I'm not getting my hopes up. ...more
