I was wonderfully suprised by this book. Loved it. Ran out and the got the second book in the series!
Solid YA debut with wonderfully quirky characters, easy as a breeze read and a big dollop of humor. The magic system is complex (and not just handwaving + latin) and while you get only a taste of it in this first novel, it is intriguing.
