I love the VHL series!! It was the perfect series for all who loved Buffy but wondered where all of the people of color in Sunnydale were.

I couldn't even get through this book. I think it's terribly written. I should love the idea of a Black female vampire hunter, but the slang and vernacular (not even used in a clever or insightful way) kept me from getting past the 100th page. ...more
