As a teen I read Mind of My Mind and Patternmaster but never read Wild Seed or Clay's Ark from the same series. Now is my chance to rectify this oversight. Amazon is selling all 4 as a single Kindle book for $9.99 -- highly recommended!

On the surface, it is a love story between a 3 or 4-thousand year old serial murderer and a 3 or 4-centuries old healer with super human strength and shapeshifter abilities, and like any good love story, they kind of hate each other. Set at the height of the chattel slave system, it moves from Africa to colonial America and gets all into the psychological side of domination/submission, patriarchy and some other confusing stuff...
