I couldn't wait to dive into this book. I have read numerous books by M J Fields but Jessica Ruben is a new author to me. The authors did a good job with their writing, I have no idea who wrote what or where one finished and the other picked up, such was their seamless story telling.

OH My Goodness!! I Loved this story so much.
It made my heart happy and filled it with Christmas cheer.
Nikki returns to her hometown to get herself together after a failed relationship,not expecting to find an attraction to a single Father Raff....who by the way is a dream.
Their begining is not such a good one but their chemistry is sizzling hot and Nate , Raff's son has a way of bringing them together.

What a fun story! I read everything that M.J. Fields writes but Jessica Ruben is a new author to me so I was really excited to read this first book in the series. And boy did I love it! It was sweet, beautiful and so funny. Raff is our sexy broody Brit single Dad with the most precious little boy, Nathaniel. Nate is wise beyond his years and you just want to hang out with him. Ooh I really enjoyed this one!
Raff was just the right amount of alpha for me. He definitely had the alpha edge but was wonderfully sweet and romantic too. Nikki was delightful and an absolute sweetheart and together they had fantastic chemistry. Their relationship started a little insta love for my tastes but that said, I did enjoy their journey.
This was a lovely heartwarming, feel good read. I devoured this book in a day and this will be one that I will definitely read again.

Everyone is going to love Raff, a sexy Brit that hands down will make you swoon. Raff & Nikki are absolutely perfect for each other. There chemistry is off the charts. This is a read that I enjoyed and didn’t want to stop reading. I’m so happy that we will be getting Beckett’s story.
Nikki is one amazing fun sexy woman. Raff is one amazing compassionate loving man. Nathaniel is one fun smart kid. Loved the connection between them all. Loved the chemistry between Raff and Nikki. Loved that Nikki wanted To make a bond with Nathaniel separate from Raff. This hooked me from the start. A must read.

This is a wonderful story about healing hearts and moving on. Raff and Nikki started off on the wrong foot because of Nikki's bad mood but worked through it with the help of Raff's son. The best friends of the main characters are hysterical. They each need their own stories.

This was an awesome second chance romance that showed that you can’t judge a book my it’s cover. People teach us lessons all the time but we can’t group similar into the same category to avoid hurt. That is what I took away from this. This was an amazing Christmas story to give you what you need during the season.
