What a joy it was to see the original Steel family and my main man Jace. It was also a joy to watch him squirm as his daughter Katherine sends his world into a tailspin as she begins her romance with Brand. Oh I had so much fun watching him and watching Carly try to reel in her husband's temper as he deals with the fact that his daughter is no longer a little girl, and is having sex! My how the tides have turned and a bit of Karma comes back to bite him in the butt. Gotta have an alpha male curs What a joy it was to see the original Steel family and my main man Jace. It was also a joy to watch him squirm as his daughter Katherine sends his world into a tailspin as she begins her romance with Brand. Oh I had so much fun watching him and watching Carly try to reel in her husband's temper as he deals with the fact that his daughter is no longer a little girl, and is having sex! My how the tides have turned and a bit of Karma comes back to bite him in the butt. Gotta have an alpha male cursed with daughters, just to throw back into his face his evil ways when he was a young stud. So much fun.

But this is Katherine and Brand's story and what a wonderfully written story this was. The banter that brought a smile to your face between the originals is back and now it is the next generation to bring that to life. Katherine is her mother's daughter but don't count out the Jace genes in this one. She is beautiful, smart and sassy, and now she's in a bit of a pickle (or maybe she's craving pickles). Coming clean to her family is hard, but she has to in order to get her cousin out of hot water. Now, the question is, will she tell Brand and how will he take this news.

Well, Brand, the hot as all get out Country sensation that is sweeping the world as well as the charts has always had his eye on Katherine. Since they were children, he knew that she was meant to be his and now that they are of age, he will make her his one day. But it seems that that one day is coming quicker than he had planned and he is not one bit upset about that. She is his, now he just has to get her onboard with that plan. As their love grows and their lives begin to change and the families move so that the kids can attend another school, Katherine and Brand begin to move forward with their relationship. Brand is such an endearing young man and you will definitely find yourself falling for him as well.

I have always loved this family and when Mama Joe shows up, the family is complete and the family norm is right where it is supposed to be. I am so excited about this next chapter in the Steel family and I cannot wait to read more of the next generation. There are definitely some open ends in this particular story that will have you biting your nails to get the answers to, to see how things turn out.

I've been BRANDED!!! OH MY, Brandon Falcon!! How can you not love him. Even through he is not a Steel man, he is such a Man of Steel. He fits in so well. I found my self loving him and hating him him at the same time. Kiki, she is such a Steel woman. She is so strong and hard headed. I have loved her since Jase and Carly had her. Brand and Katy's story was just right. Not too long, not too short and not too overdone. I'm happy that their initial fight(?) wasn't drug out and that they actually worked through what their problem was. It's a simple fix when you actually listen to what the other has to say. MJ brought the right amount of family into the mix and only used those that were needed instead of trying to create unnecessary dialog. I would definitely recommend this book and I'm really looking forward to the next stor ...more

Oh wow, I absolutely love this Steel Family!! This second generation is without a doubt giving the original crew a run for their money! Each book I read drags me further into the story and consumes me. Brand and Kiki were sweet, sexy, fun and so swoon-worthy I devoured this book quickly. I’m really enjoying the next generation of Steels and this book did not disappoint. It was a really enjoyable story and I devoured it in one sitting. There was just the right mix of drama and emotion but it had plenty of humour too as we always do when the family get together. Hope we get more from Kiki and Brand in the future.

I’ve been Branded! Whew talk about a love hate relationship. I remember thinking I couldn’t wait for Brand and Kiki’s story back when I first read the Steel Country books. The wait was worth it! I don’t think I could pick one part of this book that I could say was my favorite. The whole book is just that amazing. MJ you’ve done it again!

Loved this book !! So surreal hearing about all the kids of the Steel Men . Initially this book was about remembering but then it turned into a sweet love of Brand & Kiki , definitely see some future potential story lines !! I read this book in two sessions it grabs you and makes you want more !! ❤️

I couldn’t put this book down! Katy and Brand are perfect! Brand is OMG! Katy is such a Steel. What a sassy girl. I absolutely LOVED this story! The Steel family is so much fun!
