This book is about a human girl named Bella who falls into a vampire disguised as a human. When she finds out that the guy she loves is a vampire, she learns that maybe she can't have a close relationship with him anymore. Throughout this book she struggles to find ways to stay with her one true love, Edward.

Twilight was interesting and scary at the sametime. I liked it a lot. Stephanie is a good aouther though herbooks may not last too long. They are in right now but give it a few years and they'll be forgotten. It is well written, its not timeless and magical though.

The book that started my addiction. I got this last year and started reading it after Christmas. As soon as I got past the first chapter I was hooked and went to the store immediately to buy New Moon and Eclipse so I could continue after finishing Twilight. This is a great book and Stephenie Meyer is a wonderful author. The buildup of Bella and Edward's relationship kept my heart pounding wondering "will they ever just give in and go for it?" HOLY CROW THIS IS A GREAT BOOK!!!! bella was a pretty simple girl, didnt ask for a lot, wasnt looking for trouble. then edward came along, all mysterious and withdrawn. what girl couldnt help but be curious? just about the most heartbreaking, tearjerking, intense, enviable love story that ive ever read. probaly ever written
I at first thought 'Oh a book about vampires... how unoriginal', but after I started to read it I was hooked! My sister is the one who got me to start reading the series. I'm glad she did!!
