I have been a fan of Cooper, Tim, Julian, and Dave for some time now. I read the short stories first. Finally, I dug in and grabbed the first full novel--OK I got it on sale.
From the very beginning, it seemed to be reliving a game I played in. Call it a losers club or a geek roundup. This may be the attraction for me, but this book is laugh-out-loud funny.
I love that the boys are forced to play to their character's stats and how those stats factor so strongly into their tribulations.

Very funny and if you like "Frat boy" humor this one is for you!
My go-to for some quick pick-me-up/guilty pleasure and if Audiobooks are your thing then I recommend this once again since Jonathan Sleep elevates this book to almost perfection.
Snowflake warning: There may be a lot of "racist/antisemitism/homophobic" humor here(with 2024 Hystericals) but it´s done without malice.
