Tadeusz Borowski - as he'd spent some time in concentration camps - wrote mostly about his experience from that time. Those short stories show how a person changes to survive in the camp having its own philosophy of living. ...more

Tadeusz Borowski was a prisoner of concentration camps in Auschwitz and Dachau. This stories show btutality of life in such a camps. Needs of a human being reduced to only basic needs - food, blankets to warm up, shoes.
