God, I had some problems with sleeping after reading this book. Engaging story showing boys trying to build society similiar to that they knew in England on exotic island, but it turns about to end in a different way they wanted - as a very primitive tribe.
Read it in 9th gread.. didn't like it at all. I'm sure there were some good life lessons I was supposed to learn from it, which I didn't, except to stay away from British school boys when they have taken over an island. And something about a Conch shell.
